What do we need to prepare before the activity?
The only thing you need to do is to split the group into teams of approx. 5 pers. and appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.
What’s the difference between Self-Managed or having a Host?
If you have an On-site or Remote Host, we take care of everything, from introduction to wrap-up.
If you play Self-Managed, you will receive necessary introductions. Support by phone is included.
Does it cost SEK 200/person. No other additional costs?
If you choose the Play Yourself concept, it costs SEK 200/person, e.g. VAT. No other fees are charged.

We have a conference in the middle of town. Can we book the Points hunt?
Absolutely, it goes very well as we set up a loop that causes the participants to spread out to different places, around your conference venue.

Can you add your own questions / assignments?
It is fine to add your own questions and assignments. It is a popular add-on among our customers.
Cost SEK 3,000 for 3 questions/assignments.
Can we create a completely customized conference activity?
Yes, you can do that. We work with many customers who choose to create their own content in their conference activity. Contact us and we will tell you more.
Can you split an activity into two rounds?
It is fine to divide the activity and take a break for lunch, conference or other, in the middle and then continue the activity.
Can we adjust the number of participants?
Changes to the number of participants can be made up to 2 days before the activity. It gives you full flexibility in planning.
We have a Nordic conference with many hybrid participants. Do you have an inclusive activity?
Of course, we can help you create an inclusive activity that breathes your company culture and that ties the different markets together.
How far do you go and how long does it take?
Our groups walk approx. 3 km in 70 minutes.
Standard walking speed is 5 km/hour.
The standard is to play outdoors for approx. 70 minutes. Add 10 min for start and 10 min for finish. Total approx. 90 minutes. This is a recommendation and we can adapt an activity both downwards and upwards depending on your agenda.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather is turning out to be too bad, we make sure you are able to play indoors instead. We can do this up to a few hours before your activity.
Do you have any tips for an easy and fun conference activity?
If you are looking for an easy and fun activity , Around the World is a big favourite.
Can you give any example of tasks and challenges?
The tasks in our activities consist of questions, guesswork, puzzles as well as photo and video challenges.
In Around the world when the participants visit Italy for example, they are given questions about Italian culture, about football and a video challenge telling them that Italians are known for using a lot of hand gestures when they talk, and that now, it is up to the team to film when they have a conversation “in Italian”.
The Scavenger Hunt includes challenges connected to food & drink, sports, travel, culture, society and brainiac. A mix of mini-quizzes in each category + photo and video challenges encouraging the team to be a little more playful and creative.
An example of a photo challenge is to take a photo when the team recreates an optic illusion (they get tips and ideas in the app), or pose as in a famous painting. Video film when they record their own flight safety demonstration etc.
In the Spy Academy, there is a consistent spy theme. Here, the team can solve ciphers, be tested in attention and memory and perform photo and video challenges where they e.g. performs something heroic or blends into their surroundings.
Do we have to stay in the same room during the activity?
You can advantageously be in the same room during the introduction and the end, but feel free to spread out while you play.
