How it works
On-Site Host
ca. 10 minutes
The group is divided into teams of approximately 4-6 people, and a team captain is appointed for each team. The team captain’s only task is to download our app, which is used to receive and submit answers.
Our host delivers an energetic presentation to set the mood and explain the setup—this can be done either indoors or outdoors.
ca. 60 minutes
Now the fun begins! The teams follow the map on the team captain’s phone, where a route with designated hotspots is displayed—locations they walk to in order to activate challenges.
The teams decide their own route and the order in which they visit the locations.
ca. 15 minutes
When time is up, everyone gathers to wrap up the activity. Selected photos and videos from the game are shown, and the winning team is announced and celebrated with applause and a symbolic prize.
After the activity, we share a link to all photos and videos created—a wonderful way to relive the experience.

FAQ
Do we need to prepare anything before the activity?
The only preparation required is dividing the group into teams of approximately 4–6 people and appointing a team captain for each team to download our app.
We recommend doing this in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can we start from the office and finish at a restaurant?
Yes, definitely! You can start the activity at the office and finish, for example, at a restaurant
What’s the difference between Self Managed or having a Host?
If you have a host on-site or via video call, we handle everything from introduction to conclusion.
If you’re playing in self-managed mode, you’ll receive all necessary instructions. Phone support is included.
How long do we play?
The standard outdoor playtime is about 70 minutes. Add 10 minutes for the start and 10 minutes for the finish, making a total of about 90 minutes. This is a recommendation, and we can adjust the activity duration depending on your schedule.
You can also split the playtime, take a break for lunch or a snack, and then continue.
When do you need to know the number of participants?
We need to know the number of participants at least 2 days before the activity.
Can we switch to an indoor activity if it rains?
Yes, if it’s pouring rain, we can arrange for you to play indoors instead. We can do this up to a few hours before the activity.
