On-Site Host
1. Start
Before the activity: Divide the group into teams of about 5-6 people. Appoint (1) team captain per team who will download our app.
An energetic presentation is held by our host. They share a QR code which the team captains scan to access the activity.
In the app, the teams see a map with placed hotspots.
2. Play
The teams have now started the activity. They need to physically walk to the placed hotspots to receive new challenges.
Each team freely chooses which route they want to walk and which challenge they want to perform.
3. Wrap-up
When the game time is over, everyone gathers for a wrap-up.
We start by showing some selected photos & videos from the activity and then present the winning teams.
*All media will be sent to your contact person after the activity is completed.
Self-Managed
1. Start

The team captains scan the QR code you received in your instructions. In the app, the teams see a map with placed hotspots.
2. Play
The teams have now started the activity. They need to physically walk to the placed hotspots to receive new challenges.
Each team freely chooses which route they want to walk and which challenge they want to perform.

3. Wrap-up
When the game time is over, everyone gathers for a wrap-up.
In the instructions you received, you will find two links: one link that shows the results in real-time to determine the winners, and one link with all the photos and videos created during the activity.

FAQ
Do we need to prepare anything before the activity?
The only thing you need to do is divide the group into teams of about 5-6 people and appoint a team captain for each team who will download our app. This can also be done right before the activity starts.
Can we choose the location for the activity?
Absolutely! You can have the activity in the city, out in nature, or by the beach. We can set up our activities anywhere, both in Sweden and abroad. All we need is an address or coordinates.
Can we start from the office and finish at a restaurant?
Yes, definitely! You can start the activity at the office and finish, for example, at a restaurant
What’s the difference between Self Managed or having a Host?
If you have a Host, either on-site or via video call, we take care of everything from start to finish. If you choose Self Managed, you’ll receive necessary instructions. Support via phone is included.
Is the activity suitable for everyone?
Yes, the activity is suitable for all participants, regardless of age or physical ability. The tasks range from questions and guesses to photo and video challenges. Teams can freely choose which tasks/ challenges they want to complete.
How far do we walk?
During the activity, groups typically walk about 2,5-3 kilometers.
When do you need to know the number of participants?
We need to know the number of participants at least 2 days before the activity.
How long do we play?
The standard outdoor playtime is about 70 minutes. Add 10 minutes for the start and 10 minutes for the finish, making a total of about 90 minutes. This is a recommendation, and we can adjust the activity duration depending on your schedule.
You can also split the playtime, take a break for lunch or a snack, and then continue.
Can we switch to an indoor activity if it rains?
Yes, if it’s pouring rain, we can arrange for you to play indoors instead. We can do this up to a few hours before the activity.
Is the cost 200 SEK per person with no additional charges?
If you choose the “Self-Managed” option, the cost is 200 SEK per person, excluding VAT. No additional charges apply.
If you want to add an On-Site Host, it costs an additional 7,000 SEK.
If you want to add a Host via video meeting, it costs an additional 2,000 SEK.
Can we create a fully customised activity?
Yes, you can! We work with many clients who choose to create entirely custom content. Contact us for more details.
Can we add our own questions or challenges related to our company?
Yes, you can! This is a popular option that many clients choose. The cost to add 3 custom questions and tasks is 3,000 SEK.
