FAQ
Do we need to prepare anything before the activity?
The only preparation required is dividing the group into teams of approximately 4–6 people and appointing a team captain for each team to download our app.
We recommend doing this in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What’s the difference between Self-Managed or having a Host?
If you have a host on-site or via video call, we handle everything from introduction to conclusion.
If you’re playing in self-managed mode, you’ll receive all necessary instructions. Phone support is included.

When do you need to know the number of participants?
We need to know the number of participants at least 2 days before the activity.
Do we need to stay in the same room during the activity?
It’s a good idea to stay in the same room for the introduction and wrap-up, but feel free to spread out while playing.
Can we customise the activity?

Do you have your own venue for activities?
No, we do not have our own venue. Our activities take place wherever you are – at the office, a conference venue, outdoors, or another location that suits you.
Do you accept card payments?
Absolutely! We will send you a payment link that accepts all credit cards along with the invoice.
Our standard payment terms are 30 days.
