On-Site Host
1. Start
Before the activity: Divide the group into teams of about 5-6 people. Appoint (1) team captain per team who will download our app.
An energetic presentation is held by our host.
They share a QR code which the team captains scan to access the activity.
2. Play
The teams have now started the activity. They can stay in the same room or spread out to other locations during the activity.
Our host is, of course, available for encouragement and support.
3. Wrap-up
When the game time is over, everyone gathers for a wrap-up.
We start by showing some selected photos & videos from the activity and then present the winning teams.
*All media will be sent to your contact person after the activity is completed.
Self-Managed
1. Start

The team captains scan the QR code you received in your instructions. It gives the teams access to the activity.
2. Play
The teams have now started the activity. They can stay in the same room or spread out to other locations during the activity.

In the instructions you received, you will find two links: one link that shows the results in real-time to determine the winners, and one link with all the photos and videos created during the activity.

FAQ
Do we need to prepare anything before the activity?
The only thing you need to do is divide the group into teams of about 5 people and appoint a team captain for each team who will download our app. This can easily be done right before the activity starts.
What’s the difference between Self-Managed or having a Host?
If you have a Host, either on-site or via video call, we take care of everything from start to finish. If you play on your own, you’ll receive necessary instructions. Support via phone is included.

It’s a good idea to stay in the same room for the introduction and conclusion, but feel free to spread out while playing.

Yes, you can try a demo. Contact us, and we’ll assist you.
Is the cost 200 SEK per person? Are there any additional costs?
If you choose the “Play on Your Own” option, the cost is 200 SEK per person, excluding VAT. No additional costs apply.
If you want to add an On-Site Host, it costs an additional 7,000 SEK.
If you want to add a Host remotely, it costs an additional 2,000 SEK.
When do you need to know the number of participants?
We need to know the number of participants at least 2 days before the activity.
Can we adjust the number of participants?
Adjusting the number of participants can be done up to 2 days before the activity. This gives you full flexibility in planning the activity.
Can we pay by card?
Absolutely! We will send you a payment link that accepts all credit cards along with the invoice. Our standard payment terms are 30 days.
