Divide the group into teams of approximately 5–6 people and appoint a team captain for each team to download our app.
On-site, our host delivers an energetic introduction and shares a QR code.
Team captains scan the code to start the activity.
Printed evidence material is handed out to each team to be used during the activity.
2. Activity
Let the fun begin!
Teams take on tricky challenges and use the evidence material to solve the activity.
You can stay in the same room or spread out across different spaces.
The host is available to provide encouragement and support.
3. Wrap-up
When time is up, everyone gathers for the wrap-up.
We highlight some photos and videos from the activity before announcing the winning team, celebrated with fireworks and a symbolic prize.
After the activity, we send all media to your contact person—a wonderful memory to enjoy for a long time.
Remote Host

Divide the group into teams of approximately 5–6 people and appoint a team captain for each team to download our app.
Join a video call, where our host will kick things off with an energetic presentation and share a QR code. Displaying the video call on a big screen is recommended if possible.
Team captains scan the code to start the activity.
Printed evidence material is handed out to each team to be used during the activity.

Do we need to prepare anything before the activity?
The only preparation required is dividing the group into teams of approximately 5–6 people and appointing a team captain for each team to download our app.
We recommend doing this in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What’s the difference between Self-Managed or having a Host?
If you have a host on-site or via video call, we handle everything from introduction to conclusion.
If you’re playing in self-managed mode, you’ll receive all necessary instructions. Phone support is included.
When do you need to know the number of participants?
We need to know the number of participants at least 2 days before the activity.
If we choose the self-managed option, how do we get the evidence materials?
You will receive the evidence materials via email. Print them out and distribute them to each team before the activity.
Can we test a demo ourselves or book a live demo?
