Do we need to prepare anything?
Before the activity, you need to divide the group into teams of around 5–6 people and choose one team captain per team to download the app.
This can also be done on site just before the activity starts, but we recommend preparing the teams in advance for a smoother and quicker start.
Can we play at any location?
Yes, you can play at any location – for example in the city, in a park, in nature or along a route from your office to a restaurant.
Can you create a route between two locations?
Yes, absolutely. Send us the start and end address, and we will create a route that suits your group.
This works perfectly if, for example, you want to do the activity on the way from your office to a restaurant, conference venue or other meeting point.
Is it only the team captain who needs to download the app?
Yes, only one person per team needs to download the app. That person becomes the team captain and is responsible for starting the game, reading out the tasks and registering the team’s answers.
Can we run the activity in English?
Yes, all our activities can be run in both Swedish and English.
What is the difference between a self-managed activity and having a host?
For a self-managed activity, you receive clear instructions for running the activity from start to finish. Phone support is included throughout the activity.
Around 90% of our customers choose the self-managed option, as the setup is simple, flexible and easy to run.
With a host on site or via video meeting, we take care of the introduction, energy during the activity and the wrap-up with winners and highlights.
Does the activity work for both small and large groups?
Yes. If you are a smaller group, you play in one or two teams, depending on how many you are.
The activity is also excellent for large groups, and we have extensive experience in arranging setups for many participants.
Is the activity suitable for everyone?
Yes, the tasks are varied and everyone can contribute in different ways.
The activity does not require any particular physical ability and is suitable for participants of different ages.
How far do you walk during the activity?
You usually walk around 2–2.5 km at a comfortable pace.
How long do we play?
Once the game starts, the teams are usually out playing for around 60–70 minutes.
In total, you should allow around 90 minutes including introduction, game time and wrap-up with winners and highlights. The time can also be adapted if you want to play for a shorter or longer period.
Can we switch to an indoor activity if it pours with rain?
Yes, you can switch to an indoor activity up to 24 hours before the start.
We only have 60 minutes in total – is that possible?
Yes, that works well. We adapt the setup so the activity fits within 60 minutes.
Please let us know in advance, and we will adjust the game time and route to suit your schedule.
Can you send an e-invoice?
Yes, we are happy to send an e-invoice. Our standard payment terms are 30 days.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry through our form with the date, time, number of participants and preferred activity.
To confirm the booking, we also need your invoicing details. Once we have received the information, we will send an order confirmation and instructions.
How close to the activity can we adjust the number of participants?
You can adjust the number of participants up to 2 working days before the activity.
This means you can book in advance and get back to us with the final number once you know more exactly how many people will take part.
Can we pay by card?
Yes, that is possible. We will then send a payment link together with the invoice.
Can we book at short notice?
Yes, this is often possible. We can also help with same-day bookings, depending on the activity and setup.

We send the evidence material to you in advance, so you can print it before the activity.

Here, teams work together, solve riddles and think creatively.
Which activity is best if we want something light-hearted and fun?
If you want something light-hearted and fun, we recommend Go To Gate, Energy Booster or Coffee Break.
These are fast-paced activities with varied tasks and plenty of laughter – perfect when you want to create energy in the group without making it too challenging.
We only have 60 minutes in total – is that possible?
Yes, absolutely. If you have a maximum of 60 minutes, we especially recommend Coffee Break or Energy Booster.
Both are light-hearted, energising activities that work perfectly when you want to create laughter and activity in a shorter format.

We usually use Google Meet, but we can also join via Teams, Zoom or another video platform if you prefer.

How does a remote activity work?
All participants first join the same video meeting, where our host presents the activity and explains the setup.
The participants are then divided into smaller teams of around 5–6 people and sent to breakout rooms within the same meeting, where they work together on the tasks.
When the time is up, everyone returns to the main room for the wrap-up. We announce the winners and may show some of the photos, videos or answers submitted during the activity.
