Presentation of the activity
ca. 10 minutes
Divide the group into teams of approximately 4-6 people, and appoint a team captain for each team.
The team captain’s only task is to download our app, which is used to receive and submit answers.
When everyone is ready, the team captains scan the QR code from the instructions to start the activity.

Game time
ca. 60 minutes
Now the fun begins! The teams follow the map on the team captain’s phone, where a route with designated hotspots is displayed—locations they walk to in order to activate challenges.
The teams decide their own route and the order in which they visit the locations.

Wrap-up and winners
ca. 15 minutes
When time is up, everyone gathers to wrap up the activity.
The instructions include links to the final results for announcing the winning team and all photos and videos created during the activity.
You can review them immediately after the activity or at a later time.

Do we need to prepare anything before the activity?
The only preparation required is dividing the group into teams of approximately 5–6 people and appointing a team captain for each team to download our app.
We recommend doing this in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can we start from the office and finish at a restaurant?
Yes, definitely! You can start the activity at the office and finish, for example, at a restaurant
What’s the difference between Self Managed or having a Host?
If you have a host on-site or via video call, we handle everything from introduction to conclusion.
If you’re playing in self-managed mode, you’ll receive all necessary instructions. Phone support is included.
When do you need to know the number of participants?
We need to know the number of participants at least 2 days before the activity.
Can we switch to an indoor activity if it rains?
Yes, if it’s pouring rain, we can arrange for you to play indoors instead. We can do this up to a few hours before the activity.
