Remote Host
1. Start
Before the activity: The participants download our app to their phones and join a video meeting from a computer.
An energetic presentation of the activity is given by our host. We share a QR-code which gives the participants access to the game.
2. Play
The group is randomly split into teams of approx. 5 people and sent into virtual team rooms (breakout rooms) Time to play.
Our host makes sure everyone gets started and is available for support and encouragement throughout the activity.
3. Wrap-up
When the game time is up, all the breakout rooms are closed, and the participants rejoin the main room for a wrap-up.
Our host shows highlights from the activity and reveals the winning team.

We are planning a digital kickoff and looking for an online activity?
Our best tips for digital kickoff activities are our remote activities. These are perfect for those of you who are remote. Choose between fun and clever virtual concepts.
How do we need to prepare ourselves?
Participants download our app to their phones and join a video conference where our facilitator welcome the group.
You can connect directly to the meeting via a browser or client. We send out instructions well in advance of the activity.
Do we have a host throughout the activity?
Yes. You will have at least one host who is monitoring your progress and is responsible for your activity, from start to finish.
Do you divide the group into smaller teams?
Yes, we randomly divide the group into teams of 4-5 people.
If you are fewer than 50 people, you can choose teams yourself if you prefer.
How many participants can we be?
All our activities work from 4 up to 1500 people.
Can we adjust the number of participants?
You can adjust the number of participants up to 2 days before the activity.
Do you need e-mail addresses to the participants?
No, we do not need email addresses to the participants.
Do you use Zoom, Teams or Google Meet?
By default, we use Zoom via web browser.
We can also connect to Teams, Skype, WebEx or Google Meet.
Can we pay by card?
Yes. We will then send a link to a secure payment, that accepts all payment cards, along with the invoice. We invoice with 30 days payment terms as standard.
What does the policy for cancellation and rebooking say?
Free cancellation can be made up to 21 days before the event. After that, 75 % of the amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the event, 100% of the amount is charged.
You can adjust the number of participants up to 2 days before the event.
