Remote Host
1. Start
Before the activity: Participants download our app to their phones and join a video meeting from a computer.
Our host delivers an energetic presentation and concludes by sharing a QR code.
Participants scan the code to access the activity. Through the app, the teams receive their tasks and submit their answers.
2. Play
Our host divides the group into smaller teams of about 5–6 people. The teams are sent to their own virtual rooms (breakout rooms) to take on the activity.
The host ensures the teams get started and remains available for encouragement and support throughout the game.
3. Wrap-up
When the game time is up, our host closes all breakout rooms, and participants gathers for a wrap-up.
We present a selection of photos and videos from the activity before announcing the winners, who are celebrated with fireworks.

We have several fun activities for your digital conference. Two favorites are Go To Gate and Energy Booster.
How do we need to prepare?
All participants need a computer for the video meeting and a smartphone to download the app.
We send out clear instructions well in advance of the activity and guide you through the entire process.
Will we have a host host throughout the activity?
Yes, our event host is present throughout the entire activity. They lead the introduction, divide participants into teams, provide support and encouragement during the game, and conclude by showing highlights and announcing the winners.
Can we play from different locations, such as home or the office?
Yes, our digital activities are designed to be played from any location, as long as participants have an internet connection, a computer, and a phone.
How are the teams divided?
Our event host randomly divides participants into smaller teams of about 5–6 people and assigns them to breakout rooms (virtual rooms).
Can the number of participants be adjusted?
You can adjust the number of participants up to 2 days before the activity. This provides full flexibility in your planning.
What happens after the activity is over?
After the wrap-up, we present highlights from the activity, such as photos and videos, and announce the winners.
All media will be sent to your contact person afterward.
Do you use Zoom, Teams or Google Meet?
By default, we use Zoom via a browser.
We can also connect via Teams, Skype, WebEx, or Google Meet if preferred.
Can we pay by card?
Absolutely! We provide a payment link that accepts all credit cards along with the invoice.
Our standard payment terms are 30 days.
