What’s the difference between Self-Managed or having a Host?
If you have an On-Site or Remote Host, we take care of everything, from introduction to wrap-up.
If you play Self-Managed, you will receive necessary introductions. Support by phone is included.
What do we need to prepare before the activity?
The only thing you need to do is to split the group into teams of approx. 5 pers. and appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.
Can we start from the office and finish at a restaurant?
The activity can be started from the office and finished at a restaurant. In that case, we need addresses for both start and finish.
Do you have any sightseeing activities in Stockholm?
Yes, City Explorer is an outdoor activity located in the central parts of Stockholm, in connection with attractions. A popular activity where you combine sightseeing and team building.
Is the cost SEK 200/person? No additional costs will be added?
If you choose the Self-Managed concept, the cost is SEK 200/person, ex. VAT.
No other fees are charged.

How large groups can you accommodate?
We have groups between 4 – 1500 people.
Can we pay by card?
Absolutely, we will send a payment link that accepts all payment cards along with the invoice. We invoice with 30-day payment terms as standard.
What happens if it’s pouring rain and we’ve booked an outdoor activity?
If the weather is too bad to be outside, we will solve it so that you can play indoors instead. We can do that up to a few hours before your activity.
