Do we need to prepare anything before the activity?
The only preparation required is dividing the group into teams of approximately 4–6 people and appointing a team captain for each team to download our app.
We recommend doing this in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can we choose the location for the activity?
Absolutely! You can have the activity in the city, out in nature, or by the beach.
We can set up our activities anywhere, both in Sweden and abroad. All we need is an address or coordinates.
Can we start from the office and finish at a restaurant?
Yes, definitely! You can start the activity at the office and finish, for example, at a restaurant
What’s the difference between Self Managed or having a Host?
If you have a host on-site or via video call, we handle everything from introduction to conclusion.
If you’re playing in self-managed mode, you’ll receive all necessary instructions. Phone support is included.
Is the activity suitable for everyone?
Yes, the activity is suitable for all participants, regardless of age or physical ability. The tasks range from questions and guesses to photo and video challenges. Teams can freely choose which tasks/ challenges they want to complete.
How far do we walk?
During the activity, groups typically walk about 2,5-3 kilometers.
Can we customise the activity?
You can, for example, customise the activity by adding three of your own challenges related to your company or conference. Price: SEK 3000. Watch the video.

When do you need to know the number of participants?
We need to know the number of participants at least 2 days before the activity.
How long do we play?
The standard outdoor playtime is about 70 minutes. Add 10 minutes for the start and 10 minutes for the finish, making a total of about 90 minutes. This is a recommendation, and we can adjust the activity duration depending on your schedule.
You can also split the playtime, take a break for lunch or a snack, and then continue.
We only have 60 minutes. Is that possible?
Yes, absolutely! We can reduce the distance participants need to walk. Please let us know in advance.
Can we switch to an indoor activity if it rains?
Yes, if it’s pouring rain, we can arrange for you to play indoors instead. We can do this up to a few hours before the activity.
Is the cost 250 SEK per person with no additional charges?
If you choose the Self-Managed concept, the cost is 250 SEK/person excluding VAT. No additional costs apply.
If you want to add an On-Site Host, it costs an additional 7,000 SEK.
If you want to add a Host via video meeting, it costs an additional 2,000 SEK.
