You will soon begin your activity. In teams, of approx. 5-6 people will get to complete a series of fun tasks. These vary from facts and curiosities, to playful photo and video challenges.

How it works

Presentation of the activity

Split the group into teams of approx. 5-6 people. Appoint a team captain per team who downloads our app, Mobile Adventures.

When everyone is ready, the team captains scan the QR code provided in the instructions. They then take a team photo, enter a team name and join the game.

Game time
ca. 60 minutes

Now the fun begins. The teams will see a map in the app showing a route with hotspots – locations they need to walk to in order to unlock challenges.

Each team decides their own route and in which order to visit the locations.

Wrap-up and winners
ca. 15 minutes

When the game time is over, everyone gathers for a wrap-up. The organiser of the activity receives two links at the time of booking:

One link showing the results, so you can announce the winning team.
One link with all photos and videos created during the activity.

Q&A

We need to change captains in the middle of the activity, how do we do?

Another participant downloads the app (Mobile Adventures) to their phone.
If the original team captain still has access to the app, go to the menu: Settings → Transfer to another device and scan the team’s QR code from there to take over.

If the battery has already run out, please contact support.

Problem to take a photo or record a video?

Scroll down on the screen to find the button and activate the camera. If it still doesn’t work, make sure you have allow accces to the camera for the app.
Go to settings in your phone, scroll down to the app Mobile Adventures and allow acces to the camera (and mic).
If it still doesn’t work, it might be because the memory is full. Try erasing something to clear space.

Is it enough that one person per team downloads the app?

Yes, it’s enough for the team captain to download the app.

Is it an advantage to run to the different places?

No, you walk to the different hotspots on the map. All teams take the activity in their own pace, and do what they have time to do during the allotted game time.

How many should we be in each team?

We recommend 5–6 people per team for the best experience. Of course, you can have more if you wish.

For how long do we play?

The standard is to play outdoors for approx. 70 minutes. Add 10 min for start and 10 min for finish. Total approx. 90 minutes. This is a recommendation and you can adjust the time for the activity depending on your agenda.

Is it possible to prolong the game and play a little longer?

Yes, that works great. The game time can be adjusted to suit your agenda.

What do we do if we don’t manage to complete everything?

It is perfectly normal not to complete everything during the time you have to play.

Our activities normally contain more than what there is time for. So no stress.

What do we do when we are done? How do we know who won?

The person who ordered the activity has got two links from us when booking.

One with the scoreboard, so you can crown the winning team, and one to a presentation with all your media created during the activity. It works great to have a look at these right after the activity or later during dinner.

What happens to all photos and videos created during the activity?

All these are saved on a link that you have access to.
All data is permanently deleted from our servers 14 days after the activity.

Is there a support number we can call if we need to?

Yes, when you have joined the game, in the menu under support, you will find a phone number to our support. Feel free to call with the slightest question.
