Preparation & Practicalities
Do we need to prepare anything?
You’ll need to divide the group into teams of 5–6 people and appoint a team captain who downloads the app. This can of course be done on the spot, but we recommend doing it in advance for a smoother start.
Do we need to stay in the same room?
It’s a good idea to gather in the same room for the introduction and wrap-up, but you’re free to spread out during the game.
Does only one person per team need to download the app?
Yes, only the team captain needs to download the app. The rest of the team participate by collaborating on the challenges.
Does it work for small groups?
Yes, absolutely. Even with a small group you can play – you’ll just form one or two teams.
Does it work for large groups, say over 500 people?
Yes, definitely. We have extensive experience running activities for very large groups. Get in touch and we’ll explain how the set-up could work for you.

What’s the difference between playing self-managed and having a Host?
With a Host – either on-site or via video call – we take care of everything from start to finish. If you choose a self-managed option, you’ll receive clear instructions and always have access to phone support. Around 90% of our customers choose to play self-managed.
Which activity suits us if we like problem-solving?
Murder Mystery, Arctic Expedition and The Art Heist are our puzzle-based activities – perfect if you enjoy cracking codes and solving challenges together.
Which activity suits us if we want something light and fun?
Go To Gate and Energy Booster are fun, easy-going and very popular indoor activities.
How long does an activity take?
Most indoor activities take around 85–90 minutes including introduction and wrap-up.
Our staff love to compete – do you have something suitable?
Yes! All our activities are points-based and competitive, so there’s always a clear element of competition.
Can we see examples of challenges?
Yes! On each activity page you can click on the image with three phones to see sample challenges.
Can the activity be run in English?
Yes, all our activities are available in English.
If we run Murder Mystery self-managed – how do we get the evidence material?
We’ll e-mail the material to you. Print it out and hand it to each team before the activity.
If you have a Host on-site, we’ll bring printed copies.
Customisation & Flexibility
We only have 60 minutes – is that possible?
Yes, that works fine for the lighter activities like Go To Gate, Energy Booster and Coffee Break. For puzzle-based activities you’ll need the full time – they’re designed as a race against the clock.
Can we customise the activity?
Yes, you can add three company-specific challenges for SEK 3,000. If you want to go further, we can create a fully tailored activity.
Booking & Payment
When do you need the final number of participants?
No later than 2 days before the activity.
Can we pay by card?
Yes, no problem. Our standard is invoicing with 30-day payment terms, but if you prefer to pay by card we’ll send you a secure payment link along with the invoice.
How do we book?
Submit a request through our form and include your billing details. We’ll get back to you with a confirmation.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, we always try to be flexible. Even if you’re short on time, we can often arrange an activity at short notice.

Do we need to prepare anything?

Can we choose the location ourselves?
Yes, you can play anywhere – in the city, in nature, or even on a route from your office to a restaurant.
Can you create a route between two locations?
Absolutely. Just give us the addresses and we’ll create a route that works for you – perfect if you’d like to move from the office to a restaurant.
Do we need special clothing or equipment?
No, everyday clothes and comfortable shoes are enough. The activities don’t require any special equipment.

Yes, you can switch to an indoor activity up until a few hours before the event. Just let us know and we’ll arrange it.
Can we customise the activity?
Yes, you can add three company-specific challenges for SEK 3,000. If you want to go further, we can create a fully tailored activity.
We only have 60 minutes – is that possible?
Yes, that works fine. The standard activity takes about 90 minutes, but we can shorten the walking distance so it fits into 60. Let us know in advance.

When everyone is joining remotely
Preparation & Practicalities
How should we prepare?
All participants need a computer for the video call and a smartphone with the app. We’ll send instructions well in advance, and our Host will guide you through the process.
Which platform do you use?
We usually use Google Meet, but we can also join Teams, Zoom, WebEx or other platforms.

Which activities do you recommend for digital conferences?
Go To Gate and Energy Booster are two popular choices for digital events.
Is a Host present throughout the activity?
Yes, the Host runs the introduction, divides the group into teams, provides support and encouragement, shows highlights and announces the winners.
Can we play from different locations?
Yes, the activities work wherever you are – at home, in the office or on the road – as long as you have internet access.
How many participants can join?
There’s no upper limit. We divide you into teams so that everyone gets a good experience, no matter how large the group.
How are the teams divided?
The Host divides participants into teams of 5–6 people and assigns them to virtual breakout rooms.
Can we try a demo before booking?
Yes, we’re happy to arrange a short demo so you can try out the format.
We only have 60 minutes – is that possible?
Yes, it works fine. The standard format is around 90 minutes, but we can adapt it to fit into 60 minutes.
Can the activity be run in English?
Yes, all our activities are available in English.
