How it works
1 Start. Please watch the video above that describes how to do this.
Divide the group into teams of approx. 5-6 people.
Appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app, Mobile Adventures.
Name the teams: team 1, team 2, team 3 etc.
Print the evidence materials you received from us in colour, one copy per team.
2 Ready, set, go. The team captain opens the app, scans the QR code you received from us, selects the team number, takes a team photo, and joins the game.
Click on the icons on the game board to get started and activate your challenges.
Participants can stay in the same room or spread out to other locations during the activity.
3 Wrap-up. When the game time is up, everyone gathers for a joint wrap-up.
The instructions include a link that displays the results in order to announce the winning team.
Questions & Answers
We forgot to choose "captain" when we joined the game, what do we do?
Go to the menu in the app: Settings – Request Captain and follow the instructions. It is the captain who submits the answers and takes the photos/records videos, so it is very important that one per team chooses to be that.
We need to change captains in the middle of the activity, how do we do?
If the first captain is still in the app, go to the menu: Settings – transfer to another device. If not, join the game from another device, choose the same team and choose to be the captain. And you will take over captaincy.
We chose the wrong team, how do we correct that?
Either you leave the game and log back in, choosing the correct team, or call the support number and you will get help. Important that you don’t answer any questions in the wrong team.
Is it enough that one person per team downloads the app?
Yes, that is enough. If more than one person in the team wish to see the game in their own phone, that is possible too. They join the game and choose the same team, but to be a player instead. Take a picture and enter the team name.
Is it possible to prolong the game and play a little longer?
Yes, that works great. The game time can be adjusted to suit your agenda.
Do we have to be exactly 5 people per team?
We recommend between 5-6 people.
What do we do when we are done? How do we know who won?
The person who ordered the activity has got two links from us when booking.
One link showing the results so you can crown the winning team and one link to all the photos and videos created during the activity. It works great to watch these directly after the activity, or later during a dinner for example.
Is there a support number we can call if we need to?
Yes, when you have joined the game, in the menu under support, you will find a phone number to our support.
